Position
Remote Medical Scheduler
Responsibilities- Schedule, reschedule, and manage patient appointments
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Support patient care across our network of imaging centers
- Strong customer service, communication and phone skills
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- A customer-first attitude and attention to detail
- Contact Center or Medical Experience a plus
Must be able to train at 3660 Broadway, Fort Myers, Florida 33901 and reside within 50 miles of our office.
