Job Description

The Program Manager is accountable for leading and executing core programs that are critical to the organization’s strategic goals. This role involves cross‑functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and overseeing the successful delivery of projects from initiation through execution. The position plays a key role in identifying opportunities for process improvements and fostering collaboration across teams to maximize program impact and efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with development and execution of operational plans for strategic or operations programs and initiatives.
  • Work closely with business units, cross‑functional teams, and key stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of initiatives.
  • Conduct analysis, design solutions, and monitor performance against metrics.
  • Engage with leaders to develop business cases to support new program opportunities/enhancements and performance target metrics.
  • Contribute to, implement, and maintain best practices and project management policies and guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain relationships within client organizations, providing high‑level consultation and support to meet business needs.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the client’s products and services and how multiple products are interdependent within contract deliverables.
  • Develop and document workflow, system requirements, system impact analysis, process analysis, conduct post‑production validation, and cost‑effective solutions as directed.
  • Identify impact of solutions on existing and future systems.
  • Create and maintain internal management tools, workflow business rules, system configuration, and document management requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Health Care Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; high school diploma or GED required.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in healthcare, PBM, specialty pharmacy, or health care consulting.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for a work visa or residency sponsorship.
Additional Qualifications
  • Ability to work in a largely self‑directed environment.
  • Critical thinking skills and ability to anticipate issues and develop innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
  • Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear.
  • Frequently required to reach with hands and arms.
  • Occasionally required to stand, walk, kneel, and crouch.
  • Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Salary

Potential pay for this position ranges from $66,000.00 to $ based on experience and skills.
