Wolf Creek Care Center is seeking a passionate and motivated Part‑time Registered Dietitian to join our dedicated team. If you are a strong team player who thrives in a supportive, collaborative environment and is committed to providing high‑quality resident care, we would like to meet you.
Position Details- Schedule:
Part‑time – 1–2 days per week in person - Pay:
Starting at $45–$50 per hour, DOE - Environment:

As a Part‑time Registered Dietitian, you will assist in the coordination of nutrition care services with the Dietary Supervisor. You will complete nutritional reviews monthly on high‑risk residents (significant weight loss or gain, pressure ulcer, hemodialysis, and tube fed). You will also complete nutritional initial, quarterly, annual, and significant change reviews on residents according to federal and state guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Meet all health, compliance, and competency requirements.
- Attend and participate in morning meetings/stand‑up to facilitate communications with the team.
- Assess nutritional needs, diet restrictions, and current health plans to develop and implement dietary care plans and provide nutritional counseling as needed.
- Monitor food service operations to ensure conformance to nutritional, safety, sanitation, and quality standards, as well as state and federal regulations.
- Monitor food control systems such as food temperatures, portion control, preparation methods, garnishment, and presentation of food to ensure acceptable preparation and presentation.
- Inspect diet trays for conformance to physician’s diet orders prior to delivery.
- Consult with physicians and other health care personnel (dialysis dietitians, nurse practitioners, etc.) to determine diet restrictions and nutritional needs of residents.
- Relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with patients/residents, families, staff, and professional colleagues.
- Registered Dietitian with a Commission on Dietetic Registration or eligible.
- Licensed Dietitian in your local state.
- Preferable one‑year experience in a clinical health care setting or completion of an accredited internship.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team‑oriented culture.
