Host Home/Professional Parent

Providing Direct Support to individuals with disabilities in your own home full time. CNA experience required, certification preferred (not required).

We are looking to place 2-3 clients. Our host home providers are enthusiastic, competent, and compassionate caregivers needed to assist the individuals we serve. Responsibilities include community activities and outings, help with basic living and social skills, assistance with progress toward individuals' personal goals, accomplishing errands and tasks, and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of these individuals.

• Experience is valuable, but sincere interest, compassion, upbeat attitude, and a solid work ethic are most important.
• Reliable transportation necessary.
• We provide all training and ongoing support.
• We screen for clean backgrounds and drug use.
• Main caregiver needs to be 21+ years of age.
• Good candidates will be asked to fill out a survey about home life for better matching.
• Household income cannot include host home contract; you must prove income can sustain current lifestyle.
• CNA experience preferred; certification not required.

Pay is great and non-taxable. $3,000/month minimum tax‑free income!
