Position: Dermatology Territory Account Specialist – Sarasota / Clearwater

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve account challenges with tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Build and execute a strategic territory plan using insights to drive product demand and improve patient outcomes.
  • Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office colleagues to deliver access support.
  • Use market/competitive knowledge and cross-functional dynamics to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
  • Leverage territory data and market trends to uncover local insights and lead impactful engagements (virtual/in person).
  • Facilitate stakeholder planning sessions to solve complex issues across functions.
  • Provide real-time access support and collaborate with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) for seamless customer experience.
  • Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies for personalized outreach.
Essential Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare (or similarly complex) sales experience within last 5 years; welcomes complex sales from medical devices/diagnostics/life sciences services/insurance/consumer health/B2B.
  • Proven high performance selling to large accounts/key customers.
  • Self-starter with strong analytics; ethical leadership and compliance.
  • Reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60–80% and drive/fly within territory; valid driver’s license.
Desirable Requirements
  • Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
  • Knowledge of patient services/market access/buy-and-bill/specialty pharmacy/reimbursement and/or HCP medical calling.
Leveling (experience-based)

Associate (4+ yrs military leadership or limited sales), TAS (2+ yrs complex specialty sales), Senior (5+ yrs), Executive (10+ yrs).
