About the job:

• Provide effective individual psychiatric care via telehealth in an outpatient setting.
• Provide direct patient care, conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications as necessary.
• Ensure all patient care is delivered in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Practice independently without hospital or clinic affiliation, giving full autonomy to act in the best interest of patients.
• Work in teams composed of multiple therapists and a prescriber, meeting eligible psychotherapists during onboarding for team matching סכ
• Collaborate regularly with your treating therapists, meeting at least once a month to discuss patient cases or clinical topics.
• Perform clinical work from home, with days and hours per the clinician’s choosing (including evenings, weekends, and holidays).
• Attend four virtual clinical conferences per week; during the first 90 days of employment, attend at least one per week, and thereafter at least one monthly.

Job Requirements:

• Must have a PMHNP license and be open to licensing in alternative states.
• Prior work as a PMHNP preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of healthcare professionals.
• Solid computer and basic technology skills.
• Strong clinical background in psychiatry.
• Extensive experience diagnosing psychiatric disorders, prescribing psychopharmacological treatments, and familiarity with non‑pharmacological interventions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong organizational and time‑management skills.

Salary Range: $70 – $100 USD per hour
