OMH is expanding and seeking compassionate psychotherapists to work remotely from home. Currently, OMH provides superior behavioral health services to patients in Massachusetts and Colorado. Since 2016, we've specialized in serving adult and adolescent patients in a supportive outpatient environment. Work from or close to home:
With locations in Colorado and growing, OMH will work with you to find the best fit. Our interview process considers your skills, interests, and geographic location. Ask our recruitment team about local office options and upcoming launches. Remote positions are also available.
Responsibilities:
The psychotherapist will join the integrated care team patient behavioral health practices like OMH emphasize team approaches, including physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists, and mental health professionals (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/LMHP). We value clinical relationships and believe this collaborative approach provides the highest level of care.
Customize patient care:
Clinicians have the autonomy to determine session frequency and length. Work includes individual psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing, tailored to each patient's needs.
Set your own schedule:
- Create a work/life balance with flexible scheduling.
- Typically work Monday–Friday, between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
Focus on patient care; no additional on-call responsibilities. Our back-office team handles billing, collections, and credentialing, allowing clinicians to dedicate time to patients without administrative burdens.

Education & Licensure:
Completion of an accredited program and licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Colorado, with the ability to practice independently, is required.
