We're looking for a passionate Health Coach Dietitian (RD) to support members in achieving their wellness goals through personalized nutrition guidance and behavior change coaching. If you love combining clinical expertise with motivational coaching, this role is for you.
What You'll Do- Deliver 1:1 virtual coaching sessions focused on nutrition, chronic disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle habits
- Use motivational interviewing to inspire sustainable behavior change
- Create personalized care plans with measurable goals
- Track and document member progress and outcomes
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
- Stay up to date on evidence-based nutrition and coaching practices
- Registered Dietitian (RD) credential (required)
- NC State licensure (LDN) (or willingness to obtain multi-state licenses-we'll support you)
- Must live in North Carolina.
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics
- 5+ years experience in coaching, weight/disease management, or medical nutrition therapy
- Strong communication and empathy
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- If you live within 30 miles of High Point, NC you will be required to come to the office for meetings on a quarterly basis.
- Preferred
- Experience with telehealth or digital health tools

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:
$43,888.00 - $91,052.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
