Sales Director (Healthcare Industry) – Remote Work

About the role: In this role, you will be in charge of sourcing, nurturing, and closing new Baires Dev clients primarily from your network and/or industry that are not inbound leads. This is a Hunter position.
Responsibilities- Build strong, long‑lasting relationships with midsize to enterprise‑level clients, focusing on healthcare sectors (hospitals, health systems, pharmaceuticals, Med Tech).
- Originate and nurture business relationships leading to engagement opportunities.
- Present Baires Dev’s unique value proposition tailored to senior executives of potential clients.
- Scope projects, shape engagements, and help define business solutions that satisfy client needs and achieve desired outcomes.
- Plan, implement, and manage lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines to meet annual revenue targets.
- Plan resources, organize and mobilize teams (solution design, UX, technical, engagement management, staffing, delivery) throughout the complex sales cycle.
- Understand and assist in managing and mitigating key risks through tactical plans and actions.
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or health systems sectors with exposure to technology solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong experience in business development, account management, vendor relations, or clinical within the healthcare sector.
- Proven success in sourcing, nurturing, and closing midsize and enterprise accounts in healthcare or life sciences markets.
- Excellent understanding of the healthcare industry, including key players, strategies, client structure, business models, sub‑verticals, needs, challenges, and trends.
- Demonstrated strategic, creative, and analytical approach focused on initiating and building client relationships.
- Strong understanding of healthcare information systems, EHR platforms, compliance requirements, and technological challenges common in healthcare.
- Ability to deliver compelling presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients.
- Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
- Detail‑oriented and deadline‑driven.
- Native English or fully bilingual (English).
