Overview

ABI Resources helps people recovering from brain injury, stroke and TBI live and recover  provide Connecticut community care and home-based supported living services.

• Assist clients with all aspects of home and community life
• Ensure consistent safety
• Provide a healthy and professional friendship
• Help with personal hygiene and dressing
• Schedule, attend and report on medical and therapeutic appointments
• Shop, cook and clean with the client
• Organize consistent exercise, socialization and entertainment

Full‑time | Part‑time

Weekday and weekend schedules are available.

• Drug screening
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year experience working with disabilities (preferred, not required)
• Driver’s License required; reliable transportation; proof of insurance
• At least 18 years of age
• Letter from a person and/or employer verifying experience
