Position Details:

• Sign-on Bonus: $2000 (excludes Cigna Group employees)
• Premium Pay: 6% for float role, forfeited if transitioning out
• Mileage Reimbursement: Round trip from your home center to other centers

Work Hours: Typically Monday-Friday, 7-8 a.m. to 4-5 p.m.

Primary Centers: Chandler, CJ Harris, Gilbert, Scottsdale Norte & Scottsdale Skysong

Secondary Centers: Apache Junction, Queen Creek, Red Mtn, Stapley, & Superstition Springs

Responsibilities:

• Manage clinic operations and patient care needs
• Room patients, take vital signs, document in patient charts, assist with procedures, review medications, and outreach
• Follow policies and scope of certification
• Provide excellent customer service
• Document care and communication efforts
• Handle calls, referrals, forms, and charting
• Respond to patient questions and requests
• Collaborate with clinicians and staff
• Manage conflicts appropriately
• Cross-train in Front Office
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an approved Medical Assistant program or equivalent
• Successful completion of state certification if unapproved program
• US Armed Forces medical services training
• Healthcare experience
• BCLS certification

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years outpatient experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Front office experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EPIC
• Empathetic customer service skills
