Our partner Bryant Staffing Solutions is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy services in a fully remote capacity. This role focuses on supporting children with autism and their families through individualized treatment plans while working within a collaborative, family-centered care model. The organization prioritizes allowing clinicians to focus on client care by providing strong operational, administrative, and clinical support systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Oversee and guide implementation of ABA therapy programs
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Complete clinical documentation in compliance with quality standards
Collaborate with families and care teams to support treatment goals
Provide supervision and clinical direction to behavior technicians
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Support Structure Includes:

Required Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
2+ years of relevant experience in ABA therapy
Strong understanding of evidence-based ABA practices
Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly children with autism
Prior experience supervising behavior technicians
Strong communication and family engagement skills
