Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Roman Empire Agency specializes in providing individualized home-based and community-involved services to clients aged 1.5 years and older. This is a full-time hybrid role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), based in Las Vegas, NV, with the flexibility for partial remote work. The BCBA will design and implement applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs tailored to individual client needs, manage behavior intervention strategies, and provide ongoing evaluation and data-driven modifications to treatment plans. Additional responsibilities include conducting assessments, supervising staff, and offering parent education and training to support consistent implementation of behavior management strategies at home.

• Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies
• Proficiency in Parent Education and Behavior Management strategies
• Foundational knowledge in Psychology and developmental disabilities
• Active certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and relevant state licensure
• Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with families, clients, and team members
• Experience working with various developmental disabilities, particularly in a home- or community-based setting, is highly preferred
