Qualifications

• Required: This role requires candidates to reside outside of the DFW area but local to Texas.
• Required: Must travel at least 25% monthly – one (1) week per month to provide in‑person supervision.
• Required: Master or Doctorate Level Degree:
  Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Required: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, per BACB guidelines.
• Required: Obtaining both TX & OK LBA state licensure, reimbursement provided.
• Required: Licensed Professional: LBA per state guidelines, if applicable.
• Required: Minimum of 2 years working as a BCBA.
• Preferred: 2+ years of ABA telehealth experience.
• Preferred: Experience working with center-based, early intervention children.
• Desired Traits: Effective collaborator, empathetic team-player.
