Overview

Third Space Therapy combines the independence of private practice with the support of a group setting, focused on expanding Medicaid-covered behavioral healthcare. We’re looking for passionate Associate Therapists to provide telehealth therapy to the Medicaid population, accrue clinical hours towards licensure, and engage in continuous education under expert supervision.

• Provide telehealth therapy to Medicaid members.

• Accrue clinical hours towards licensure through supervised practice.

• Engage in ongoing education and professional development under expert supervision.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work with a minimum of 6 months of hands-on therapy or assessment experience

• A valid SWC/LSW license in good standing in the state of Colorado

• Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other digital tools

• A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup for confidential virtual sessions

• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is preferred, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus

• A solid grasp of mental health diagnoses

• Knowledge of crafting effective, personalized treatment plans

• A collaborative spirit to work alongside clients in achieving their goals

• Skill in conducting thorough assessments to inform care strategies
