• $78,000–$103,000 base salary
• Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 in bonus pay, 2× PTO, or a mix of both
• Monthly productivity bonus up to $750 ($9,000 annually)

• Caseload of up to 12 clients: Focus on quality, not volume

• Remote documentation: Work from home for notes and indirect tasks
• True multidisciplinary collaboration: Direct partnership with OT, PT, and SLP on every case, shared problem‑solving, not siloed care

• Design and guide ABA programs that move the needle for kids and families
• Supervise and mentor your RBT team, supporting their clinical growth and career development
• Conduct assessments and program reviews that shape each child’s care plan
• Lead parent training and collaborative family meetings
• Collaborate with OT, PT, and SLP teammates on integrated care across disciplines

• Current BCBA® certification in good standing
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Passion for pediatric care and working with families

This role requires the ability to sit for 1–2 hours and stand or walk for 4–6 hours daily. Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds and frequent bending, reaching, and precise motor function with both hands are required.
