Carlsbad Tech is seeking a Virtual Patient Safety Attendant to monitor patients at risk for falls, injury, or self-harm from a remote station. You will communicate concerns in real time to empower the care team to respond quickly.
Your responsibilities include continuously watching patients to ensure their safety, alerting the care team to risks, and documenting patient activity accurately. We are committed to compassion and teamwork in our healthcare environment.
Qualifications include certifications in Crisis Intervention and Basic Cardiac Life Support by day 30 of employment.
