Qualifications- High school diploma required (associate degree or higher preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for travel to home-based sessions
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred, but not required
- Experience working with children, especially those with autism or developmental disabilities, is preferred
- Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow treatment plans and work under BCBA supervision
- Comfortable working in both clinic-based and home-based environments
- Reliable, professional, and committed to maintaining consistency for clients and families
- Ability to actively engage with children during sessions, including play-based learning and behavior intervention strategies
- Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and grow within the ABA field
