Required Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from an accredited institution.
- Registered Dietitian (RD) with the Commission on Dietetic Registration and state licensure as required.
- Supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Nutritional Assessment & Care Plans: Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and adjust them based on residents' health conditions and dietary needs.
- Interdisciplinary
Collaboration:
Work closely with healthcare teams to ensure diet modifications align with residents' medical conditions and care goals. - Compliance &
Education:
Ensure adherence to state and federal dietary regulations while educating residents, families, and staff on nutrition and special diet requirements.
