Breakthrough ABA is seeking a confident and experienced BCBA to manage a fully home-based caseload in the Spring, The Woodlands, Tomball, and Conroe areas. This role involves providing high-quality clinical oversight, regular in-person supervision, and direct support in clients' homes.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, BCBA certification, and a Texas LBA license, alongside strong communication and organizational skills. A sign-on bonus of $3,000 is available for qualified candidates.
