Account Success Representative (ASR) - Fully Remote

This role will be performed as the Account Success Representative to ensure the team is poised to support the business leaders in accordance with the company’s strategic plans and objectives.

• Acts as liaison between Company and clients.
• Coordinates with Company departments to optimize client satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Conducts in-service training and education for clients.
• Prepares and conducts weekly/bi‑weekly/monthly calls with all clients in their portfolio.
• Reviews and completes all billing pending items as well as collections action items.
• Handles all high‑level issues including customer concerns, analysis of payer mix, A/R, review of monthly reports.
• Management of multiple projects requiring client participation to increase operational efficiency and company revenue.

• Advanced software and computer skills including Microsoft Suite applications; specifically, Word, Excel (pivot tables and v‑lookups) and PowerPoint is required.
• Enjoys external networking and conducting research.
• Excellent time management skills, experience of working on multiple tasks, being able to manage busy workloads, prioritizing accordingly and meeting deadlines.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels throughout the organization.
• Self‑starter with a positive, “can‑do” and professional approach.
• Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, and policies.
• Minimum of bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Medical/Behavioral RCM or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management.
• Experience working in Microsoft Outlook and TEAMS preferred.
• Experience working in a fully remote setting preferred.

• Activities requiring a significant amount of sitting at office and work desks in front of a computer monitor.
• Regularly required to verbally communicate, listen, and give presentations as needed.

$55,000- $80,000

The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role. An offer will be made to the selected candidate at the conclusion of the interview process based on their relevant experience and the responsibilities of the position.
