Job Summary
RAYUS now offers Daily Pay! Work today, get paid today! The pay range for this position is $30.00‑$50.06 based on direct and relevant experience. There is a $5,000 relocation or sign‑on bonus for this role. RAYUS Radiology is looking for an MRI Technologist to join our team. The position is full‑time, working various shifts between the hours of 6:30 am–10:00 pm Monday‑Friday, including Saturday rotation (day shift).
This role also offers the opportunity to work three 12‑hour shifts (8:00 am–8:00 pm) for more work/life balance.
- Patient MRI Imaging (90%)
- Screen patient before exam for precautions or contradictions, using two patient identifiers.
- Explain and prepare patients for MRI procedures, positioning them appropriately.
- Perform routine and advanced MRI procedures on designated portions of the body with minimal supervision, providing patient support by talking to patients throughout the procedure.
- Adjust MRI scan parameters correctly and as needed.
- Follow physicians’ orders precisely, conform to safety regulations, and accurately maintain patient records within the Radiology Information System (RIS).
- Maintain an orderly and clean work area, including sanitized equipment to promote safety.
- Maintain equipment in good working order; clean and disinfect after each use.
- Maintain the ACR toolkit and accreditation requirements.
- MRI Department Support (5%)
- Assist with maintaining an updated imaging protocol manual and performing software upgrades.
- Monitor medical supply inventory and request supplies as necessary.
- Assist in training new team members, providing resources and technical expertise as applicable.
- Completes other tasks as assigned (5%)

Requirements- High School diploma, or equivalent.
- Graduate of an American Medical Association (AMA) approved school of radiography.
- ARRT or ARMRIT registered technologist, current and in good standing.
- Licensed Radiological Technologist in the appropriate state, if applicable.
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
- Must have sufficient training and experience to competently perform MRI procedures independently.
- Certification in imaging specialty.
- Bilingual.
