Position Overview

Family Behavior Solutions (FBS) seeks a BCBA to provide clinic-based clinical leadership and supervision at our East Portsmouth clinic location. This role offers a flexible, hybrid schedule and is ideal for a BCBA seeking clinical work with strong leadership support and a clinic/team focused on compassionate treatment.

Weekly Hours

Approximately 15-20 hours in clinic.

  • 2-3 days in clinic 8:15-3:45
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision and leadership for clinic-based ABA services
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
  • Conduct assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations for assigned clients
  • Supervise, coach, and provide performance feedback to paraprofessionals during clinic hours
  • Observe sessions (including DTT), ensure treatment fidelity, and provide in-the-moment training
  • Ensure accurate data collection, documentation, and adherence to behavior plans
  • Collaborate with families, treatment team members, and interdisciplinary providers (OT/SLP)
  • Support onboarding and training of new staff and assist with ongoing staff development
  • Assist with behavioral crises and clinical problem-solving during assigned shifts
  • Communicate clinical updates, concerns, and feedback with clinic leadership and the Lead BCBA
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Experience supervising staff in a clinic-based ABA setting
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills
  • Must hold RI state license or license eligible
