Job Rx, Inc. is looking for a Hawaii licensed Clinical Pharmacist to join their Clinical Care team. In this patient‑facing, phone‑based role, you will utilize Arine's software platform to optimize patient care through medication therapy management. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive medication reviews, providing adherence counseling, and engaging with patients to resolve medication challenges.
The ideal candidate is self‑motivated, compassionate, and has a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD). You'll work independently yet collaboratively within a metrics-driven environment. Full benefits start from day one, and the role is temp-to-hire with a salary range of $57–65/hour.
