Couples Counselor (LCSW) – Remote Position

Hiring a Couples Counselor (24+ hrs/week) – remote, benefit eligible.

• Job type: Part‑time (minimum 24 hours per week); full‑time preferred.
• Location: Remote.
• Compensation: $75–$80 per hour for Couples/Family/Individual Counseling (excluding Associates).
• Benefits: Full benefits, PTO, incentive pay, and other benefits for eligible employees.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy via secure, HIPAA‑compliant telehealth platforms.
• Assess client needs, create treatment plans, and offer tailored counseling strategies.
• Help clients build better communication skills, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress notes.
• Collaborate with other team members, as needed, to ensure comprehensive care.
• Stay up‑to‑date with current counseling methods, techniques, and best practices.
• Adhere to all ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards.

• Washington State licensure as an LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or equivalent.
• Experience in family and marriage counseling.
• Strong understanding of therapeutic modalities for relationship and family dynamics.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload remotely.
• Comfortable with telehealth technology and conducting virtual sessions.
• Compassionate, empathetic, and nonjudgmental attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
