Location: City of White Plains
MDAEdge is looking for a compassionate Patient Engagement Advocate to join their Patient Engagement Center team in White Plains. In this multi-channel contact center role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for physical therapy patients, ensuring they get timely access to care. You will engage patients empathetically and collaborate with teams to enhance the patient experience.
The ideal candidate will have customer support experience and possess excellent communication skills. A high school diploma is required, and an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
