Home-Based Direct Support Professional (DSP) – 1:1 Care | $19.50/HR + $1,000 Signing Bonus

$19.50/HR | Weekly Pay | Morning & Afternoon/Evening Shifts Available
About the RoleAs a DSP, you will provide individualized support that helps the client live safely, independently, and with dignity. This position is ideal for someone patient, reliable, and passionate about helping others thrive.
Key Responsibilities- Support behavioral, social, and vocational skill development
- Assist with recreational and community activities
- Follow treatment plans and document progress
- Provide companionship and respite care
- Submit documentation and payroll on time
- Participate in ongoing training
- Assist with personal care needs as required
- Work independently in a home setting
- Genuine interest in supporting individuals with I/DD
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Valid driver’s license and active car insurance
- Comfortable supporting individuals with varying personal-care and behavioral-support needs
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass background checks
- Physical ability to assist with lifting or transfers if needed
- $19.50 per hour
- $1,000 signing bonus for qualified candidates
1. Morning Shift DSP Position (1:1 Home Care – West Middlesex)
Shifts Available:
- Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Saturday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Sunday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Shifts Available:
- Saturday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Sunday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- One year of caregiving experience preferred (not required—training provided)
