Insight Global is seeking a Revenue Integrity Supervisor to support the Revenue Integrity department. The role will involve managing, coordinating, and implementing claim edits, denials, charge capture, and serving as a subject matter expert on all aspects of hospital charge capture and entry, charge integrity, and charge reconciliation processes. The supervisor will oversee five Revenue Integrity Specialists. This position ensures billing compliance and accurate charge capture through education, auditing, monitoring of regulatory and coding changes, and analysis of charge-related metrics, with a focus on minimizing revenue leakage and supporting compliant reimbursement.
