LLM Registered Nurses – Health Care & Social Assistance

Short-Term Contract (1 Month)

Remote (USA Only)

$60–$110/hr

20–30 hours per week, with 2 hours overlap with PST timezone

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) with strong clinical, patient care, and documentation expertise to collaborate on projects focused on fine‑tuning AI models. This role allows you to use your healthcare knowledge to improve AI systems designed for patient communication, care reasoning, and clinical decision support.

No prior AI experience is required — full training will be provided.

• Design and solve real‑world nursing and patient‑care scenarios to test AI reasoning and understanding.
• Write structured, detailed explanations covering patient triage, treatment planning, care coordination, and nursing protocols.
• Evaluate AI‑generated responses for accuracy, safety, and alignment with evidence‑based nursing practices.
• Collaborate with AI researchers to enhance model comprehension of clinical documentation, terminology, and professional nursing judgment.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare quality standards, patient safety guidelines, and documentation integrity.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing qualification.
• Strong experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Active RN license in the U.S. (or equivalent jurisdictional certification).
• Strong English communication skills and ability to explain clinical reasoning clearly and accurately.
• No prior AI experience required — training provided.
