Mental Health Outpatient Therapist

We offer flexible scheduling: 30 client hours a week, base salary plus reimbursement sharing, paid holidays including your birthday, paid continuing education time and access to a free continuing education library.

Responsibilities and duties include:

• Client care:
  Provide individual, family, and/or couples counseling, develop and implement treatment plans.
• Documentation & compliance:
  Complete documentation with 48 hours of session, facilitate treatment plan reviews.
• Team collaboration:
  Collaborate with a dynamic team, coordinate services with external and internal stakeholders as needed, attend & participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.

Required qualifications and skills include:

• Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and are eligible to obtain licensure in their designated field.
• Clinical licensure in Pennsylvania, other states welcome too (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LSW, LAPC).
• Experience with completing clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
• Proficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems (Procentive experience a plus!).
• Ability to pass a background check.

Preferred qualifications and skills include:

• Experience with wide range of ages including children, adolescents, adults, couples and/or families.
• General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation.
• Experience with telehealth systems and approaches.
• Evening &/or Saturday availability (3pm to 8pm).
• Supervisory experience a plus.
• Creative Arts Therapists encouraged to apply!
