The perfect candidate will share our passion for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care, while collaborating with clients & community providers to deliver the most comprehensive, personalized treatment to all clients. Opportunities for individual, family, and couples therapy services as well as Telehealth.
We offer flexible scheduling: 30 client hours a week, base salary plus reimbursement sharing, paid holidays including your birthday, paid continuing education time and access to a free continuing education library.
Responsibilities and duties include:
- Client care:
Provide individual, family, and/or couples counseling, develop and implement treatment plans. - Documentation & compliance:
Complete documentation with 48 hours of session, facilitate treatment plan reviews. - Team collaboration:
Collaborate with a dynamic team, coordinate services with external and internal stakeholders as needed, attend & participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
Required qualifications and skills include:
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and are eligible to obtain licensure in their designated field.
- Clinical licensure in Pennsylvania, other states welcome too (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LSW, LAPC).
- Experience with completing clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
- Proficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems (Procentive experience a plus!).
- Ability to pass a background check.
Preferred qualifications and skills include:
- Experience with wide range of ages including children, adolescents, adults, couples and/or families.
- General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation.
- Experience with telehealth systems and approaches.
- Evening &/or Saturday availability (3pm to 8pm).
- Supervisory experience a plus.
- Creative Arts Therapists encouraged to apply!
