We work directly inside senior care facilities to support providers, improve patient outcomes, increase resident satisfaction, and help reduce unnecessary hospitalizations.

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and compassionate Remote Patient Monitoring Technician (RPM) to support our providers and residents within senior care facilities. This is a hands‑on, patient‑facing role that includes walking throughout the facility, assisting residents to provider visits, collecting vitals, documenting patient information, and helping the clinical team maintain an organized daily workflow.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with seniors, is comfortable being active and on their feet throughout the day, and has a warm, professional approach with residents, providers, and facility staff. This role is a great fit for someone who is organized, dependable, patient, and passionate about geriatric care.

Responsibilities

  • Greet residents warmly and help create a positive, respectful patient experience.

  • Collect and document patient vitals, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, oxygen levels, weight, and other measurements as directed.

  • Support remote patient monitoring workflows by accurately recording readings, tracking patient information, and communicating updates to the clinical team.

  • Assist with patient intake and update basic patient information as needed.

  • Help prepare residents for visits with the medical provider.

  • Support smooth patient flow throughout the day.

  • Communicate professionally with residents, providers, facility staff, and the Maximize Health team.

  • Assist providers during resident visits as directed.

  • Help maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

  • Notify the provider or appropriate team member of any concerns, changes, or issues observed during resident interactions.

  • Support follow‑up coordination, scheduling communication, and daily workflow.

  • Keep supplies organized and available for daily use.

  • Follow HIPAA guidelines, patient confidentiality standards, and company policies.

  • Provide general clinical and administrative support to the provider and office team.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in healthcare, medical office support, assisted living, skilled nursing, home care, or a similar patient‑facing role preferred.

  • Experience taking vitals is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

  • Must be friendly, compassionate, patient, and comfortable working with seniors.

  • Passion for geriatric care and supporting the elderly population.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Reliable, professional, and able to follow direction.

  • Comfortable walking throughout the facility and being on your feet for much of the day.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Comfortable using EMR systems, tablets, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar technology.

  • Ability to work well with providers, facility staff, residents, and internal team members.

  • Ability to work full‑time in person.

  • Comprehensive benefits package.

  • Paid Time Off.

  • Paid holidays.

  • Supportive and collaborative work environment.
