- Assist adults with developmental disabilities in daily living activities at an EBSH home, including dietary, hygiene, grooming and dressing needs
- Support clients with bathroom needs, change undergarments/clothing when required
- Prepare and assist with meals and cleanup
- Pick‑up/drop‑off clients in company vans as needed
- Plan and prepare daily routines as written in the Individual Program Plan
- Redirect behaviors with activities such as walking, reading, games, math and computer projects
- Outline and prepare daily routine(s) for clients
- Assist clients with bathroom needs
- Change clients' undergarments and/or clothing if needed
- Prepare daily meals and assist with cleanup
- Pickup/drop‑off clients in company vans from/to their home/facility (if necessary)
- High School Diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid, CPI
- Must hold DSP 1 & DSP 2 certificates
- RBT certification must be completed within 6 months of hire (training available)
- Minimum 1 year of professional or personal experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illnesses with challenging behaviors (preferred)
- Valid in‑state driver’s license, over 21, current registration/insurance, driving record with no more than 2 points in last 3 years
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Capability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
