Position: Inpatient Telepharmacist - Part-Time -  Remote (WA/OR Pharmacist License)
** Part‑Time Remote Staff Pharmacist*

Remote, anywhere within the US.

** Schedule** :
Part‑time - may include evenings, overnights, and/or weekend shifts. Regular schedule includes at least twice a week from 6PM-12AM Pacific Time (shift times subject to change).

Active pharmacist license required in WA or OR.  Must also be willing to obtain AK and .

** About the Role*
* Join our telepharmacy team as a Remote Staff Pharmacist, supporting multiple hospitals across

several states. You'll leverage technology and clinical expertise to verify medication orders,

support care teams, and ensure safe, high‑quality patient care from a fully remote environment.

** What You'll Do*
* Telepharmacy Services

● Complete remote order entry, order verification, and drug verification.

● Provide patient counseling when needed.

● Navigate multiple pharmacy information systems (PIS).

** Clinical*
* ** Support*
* ● Provide drug information and therapeutic guidance to providers.

● Assess medication appropriateness, dosing (including renal/hepatic adjustments),

interactions, and compatibilities.

● Support specialized populations such as pediatrics, geriatrics, pregnant/nursing

patients, and those with renal/hepatic impairment.

● Maintain knowledge of IV therapies, cardiac/narcotic drips, IV antibiotics, and more.

** Operational Excellence*
* ● Document interventions and clinical actions accurately and promptly.

● Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and patients.

● Ensure compliance with HIPAA, pharmacy laws, and client policies.

** Technical & Professional Skills*
* ● Work across VPNs, automation systems, and multiple PIS platforms.

● Use applications such as Google Suite/Microsoft Office and Snagit.

● Maintain required licenses, credentials, and system access.

** Training & Performance*
* ● Participate in ongoing training (clinical, PIS, and policy updates).

● Meet productivity and quality standards.

** Qualifications*
* ● Bachelors in Pharmacy required;
PharmD preferred

● At least 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience required

● Active and in good standing state pharmacist license required in WA or OR

● Additional state licenses preferred (AK and )

● Strong clinical knowledge and comfort working across multiple systems

● Ability to work part‑time hours that may include evenings, overnights, and/or

weekends

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 54 - 91 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
