Position: Team Lead Operations (Remote) - Ophthalmology

Position Summary

40. Position is responsible for leading team efforts on department-specific collection within a payor, assisting staff with resolving department-specific issues, and identifying and resolving department and payor trends.

  • Assists staff with daily operational problems or backlog.
  • Assists manager or supervisor with special projects.
  • Identifies trends with department/payor.
  • Resolves invoices within team that requires special attention.
  • Motivates staff/promotes team effort and department goals.

Required Qualifications Education

High school diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education and/or experience.

Certifications / Professional Licenses

Work Experience

Insurance or Collection: 2 Years.

Skills

ICD 9 and CPT Coding.

Driver’s License

A driver’s license is not required for this position.

Salary

$20.57 - $30.84 per hour (Grade C08-H).
