Position Overview

BCBA positions available in Palos Heights, IL ABA center with manageable caseloads (25 billables) and one WFH day per week. Additional opportunities across multiple states with flexible scheduling.

• Colorado – Home based in Boulder region, Colorado Springs region and Greater Denver. Clinic based:

• Current BCBA certification and LABA (if required by state).
• Master's degree in ABA or related field (psychology, education, special education).
• Safety Care Specialist status.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Previous ABA experience.
• Comfortable working with families and providing in‑home services.

• Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans for lifelong success.
• Supervise and train BTs/RBTs to ensure treatment plans are on track.
• Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers regarding behavior management and replacement behaviors.
• Conduct functional assessments and functional analyses as needed.
• Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data, and graph/monitor progress.
• Collaborate with teams in a professional, ethical, caring, respectful environment.
