Position Overview
BCBA positions available in Palos Heights, IL ABA center with manageable caseloads (25 billables) and one WFH day per week. Additional opportunities across multiple states with flexible scheduling.

Locations- Alabama – Home based in greater Birmingham, Huntsville and Mobile regions.
- Colorado – Home based in Boulder region, Colorado Springs region and Greater Denver. Clinic based:
Centennial, CO. - Georgia – Home and clinic based in and around greater Atlanta region.
- Illinois – Home based in Chicagoland. Clinic based:
Norwood Park and Palos Heights. - Massachusetts – Home based throughout Massachusetts region (excluding Western Mass and Cape). Center based:
Southborough, MA. - North Carolina – Home based in Asheville, Charlotte, Greensboro, Greenville, Raleigh, triangle area, Winston‑Salem.
- NC Center based:
Chapel Hill, Greenville, Raleigh, Winston‑Salem. - Tennessee – Home based in greater Chattanooga, Knoxville, Nashville regions.

- Flexible hours:

- Master's degree in ABA or related field (psychology, education, special education).
- Safety Care Specialist status.
- Reliable personal transportation.
- Previous ABA experience.
- Comfortable working with families and providing in‑home services.
- Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports.
- Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans for lifelong success.
- Supervise and train BTs/RBTs to ensure treatment plans are on track.
- Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers regarding behavior management and replacement behaviors.
- Conduct functional assessments and functional analyses as needed.
- Review program effectiveness, make recommendations, monitor data, and graph/monitor progress.
- Collaborate with teams in a professional, ethical, caring, respectful environment.
