Physical Therapy Assistant

This is a Pay-Per-Visit role earning $40 - $44 per visit

Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience preferred, home health experience strongly preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently in a home-based environment.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
