Preferred Experience: Inpatient & Pharmacy.
This role involves providing training to client practices using eCW Software, requiring excellent communication and travel willingness. Benefits include travel time, points accrual, extensive product training, incentives, and more.
Responsibilities- Travel to client sites to train end users (doctors and clinical staff) on eCW software and functionalities via coaching and classroom instruction.
- Develop workflow processes.
- Demonstrate software, suggest improvements, and train clients.
- Escalate issues to Project Managers.
- Prepare reports such as Checklists & Expense Reports.
- Document training sessions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to coach diverse groups.
- Knowledge of MySQL, Windows Office, networking, and physician billing.
- Professional demeanor in stressful situations.
- Basic technical terminology knowledge.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Bi-Lingual/Multi-Lingual a plus.
- Must become an eCW Certified Professional after initial training.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, CS, or IS;
Master’s preferred. - 1-3 years in healthcare, training, or EMR systems.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willing to travel 50-75% across the US.
- Remote work with regional base and appropriate time zone.
