Phases Counseling Collective, LLCis a fully virtual group practice based in Upstate SC, offering compassionate, client-centered care to individuals across South Carolina. We are currently seeking Licensed Professional Counselor Associates (LPC-A) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associates (LMFT-A) who are passionate about delivering high-quality, relationship-driven therapy in a flexible, remote setting.

Compensation:

• 61% of collected session fees (average insurance reimbursement ~$100/session)
• 40% of fees collected for late cancellations and no-shows
• Bi-weekly direct deposit based on collected payments

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a caseload of at least 20 billed sessions per week
• Provide virtual individual therapy to clients age 12+
• Complete and submit session documentation within 48 hours
• Schedule and attend up to 4 hours of monthly clinical supervision
• Complete patient-requested documentation (e.g., letters, forms) as needed

Requirements:

• Active LPC-A or LMFT-A license in South Carolina
• Proof of licensure required upon hire
• Professional liability insurance with minimum coverage of $1M/$3M
• Ability to work independently and manage own caseload and schedule
• Reliable internet and a private, professional workspace
• Must reside in the United States
