You’re a fully licensed clinician in the Tacoma area — LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW — who wants a high‑paying part‑time telehealth caseload without the overhead of private practice. Maybe you’re already working full‑time and want to supplement your income. Maybe you want to scale back and build something more flexible. Either way, this role is designed to work around you.

• $75–115/hr based on session type and caseload — strong compensation with zero overhead
• Guaranteed pay for no‑shows and late cancellations
• 1099 independent contractor — work on your own terms with the tax flexibility of self‑employment
• Fully remote — work from Tacoma or anywhere in Washington
• Set your own schedule — evenings, weekends, or whenever works for you
• No billing, no credentialing, no admin — we handle everything

You’ll provide evidence‑based teletherapy to K–12 students across Washington, collaborating with school counselors and families statewide. Case consultations and clinical team discussions are a regular part of the role.

• Active LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Washington (required — we cannot hire other license types at this time)
• Experience or strong interest in youth and family‑focused care
• Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems
• Availability during afternoon/evening hours

• CBT, DBT, or similar evidence‑based modality experience
• School‑based or pediatric clinical background
• Active NPI and CAQH

Pay Range: $75–115 USD
