IME Quality Analyst

• Review medical reports and records to ensure completeness and accuracy, addressing all client questions
• Communicate effectively with clients and reviewers to clarify any additional questions or concerns
• Update clients frequently on the progress of referrals
• Ensure reports are grammatically correct and adhere to quality assurance checklists
• Format reports for approval and manage special projects as assigned

• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to clearly articulate information to clients and colleagues
• Proficiency in technology-based processes within a business environment
• Essential computer literacy and typing skills

• Previous experience in quality analysis or similar roles in the healthcare industry
• Familiarity with peer review processes and medical terminology
