Regional Infusion Services Director – Texas Region
Vivo Infusion is seeking an experienced and dynamic sales leader with a background in healthcare and/or pharma to drive our presence in Texas. The Regional Sales Director will build and lead a high‑performing team, expand our reach, and grow our business strategically.
Primary Responsibilities- Directly manage, coach, and develop a team of Regional Infusion Sales Specialists.
- Set performance expectations, forecast yearly sales budgets, monitor progress, and conduct performance reviews.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with national goals.
- Identify market opportunities and expand referral networks.
- Collaborate with pharmaceutical partners on co‑promotional initiatives and territory planning.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare providers, health systems, referral sources, and partners.
- Represent Vivo Infusion at regional conferences and strategic meetings.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy.
- Partner with Clinical and Patient Care teams to ensure seamless service delivery and compliance.
- Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Trella Health) to track performance metrics and maintain accurate records.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience managing field‑based sales teams.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving regional growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals, pharmaceutical partners, and vendors.
- Computer literacy – proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with Trella Healthcare is a plus).
Base Salary: $110,000 – $120,000 per year.
