Regional Infusion Services Director – Texas Region

Vivo Infusion is seeking an experienced and dynamic sales leader with a background in healthcare and/or pharma to drive our presence in Texas. The Regional Sales Director will build and lead a high‑performing team, expand our reach, and grow our business strategically.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Directly manage, coach, and develop a team of Regional Infusion Sales Specialists.
  • Set performance expectations, forecast yearly sales budgets, monitor progress, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with national goals.
  • Identify market opportunities and expand referral networks.
  • Collaborate with pharmaceutical partners on co‑promotional initiatives and territory planning.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare providers, health systems, referral sources, and partners.
  • Represent Vivo Infusion at regional conferences and strategic meetings.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy.
  • Partner with Clinical and Patient Care teams to ensure seamless service delivery and compliance.
  • Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Trella Health) to track performance metrics and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales.
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience managing field‑based sales teams.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving regional growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals, pharmaceutical partners, and vendors.
  • Computer literacy – proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with Trella Healthcare is a plus).
Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $110,000 – $120,000 per year.
