This role is a full‑time, licensed mental health therapist position at Lyra Health, providing video therapy services to employees of partner companies. Applicants must be licensed in the United States and be able to work full‑time (≈40 hrs per week).
Base Pay Range$70,000 / yr – $92,000 / yr

About the RoleAs a Lyra Care Therapist, you will provide short‑term, evidence‑based treatment via live video, maintaining a caseload of diverse clinical needs. You will assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to your clients to enhance learning and monitor outcomes between sessions.
You will connect with peers for clinical consultation, conduct peer‑based quality assurance reviews, and attend robust training to enhance your clinical skills. Remote work is supported within the United States.
Responsibilities- Deliver evidence‑based live video therapy sessions to adult and adolescent clients.
- Assign and use digital psychoeducation tools, lessons, videos, and assessments between sessions.
- Maintain a full clinical caseload (≈30 potential bookable calendar spots per week).
- Provide culturally responsive care and address risks and clinical crises as required.
- Participate in one‑on‑one and peer group clinical consultation meetings.
- Engage in peer‑based quality assurance reviews and ongoing training.
- Master’s degree from a clinical track (MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC).
- Unrestricted state license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent) with no disciplinary action. Experience providing evidence‑based treatments (ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and measurement‑based care.
- Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises.
- Experience providing telehealth therapy services (video and teletherapy) preferred.
- Computer and live video tools literacy (Zoom, Google Meets, Doxy Me, Skype, etc.).
- Full‑time availability (≈40 hrs per week) and resident of the United States.
