Work Setting:
In-person. Center-Based, Home-Based ABA or Hybrid Services

• Center Based:
  Full‑Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Home Based:
  Part‑Time, Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM - 6:30 PM
• Hybrid (Center & Home):
  Part‑Time, Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM

• Get in there and play—you’ll deliver 1:1 therapy sessions using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Track progress like a pro—you’ll collect data on every goal, every day. Our tech tools make it seamless

• You are at least 18 years old (required)
• You have a high school diploma or GED (required)
• You are available Monday through Friday for one of the following schedules:
  • Center Based: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Home Based: 3:30 PM - 6:30 PM
  • Hybrid Services: 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
• You have an active, unexpired Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  , or you're willing to obtain one within 30 days of hire.
• You have (or are willing to obtain) a National Provider Identifier (NPI) and complete Nebraska Medicaid enrollment through Maximus before providing billable services.
• You have your own reliable transportation
• You’re reliable, communicative, and eager to learn
• You enjoy working with kids and may have experience in childcare, tutoring, or therapy (a plus!)
• You’re playful, patient, and positive
