Under minimal supervision, the Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) provides diagnostic and therapeutic services to pediatric and adult clients with speech, language, literacy, and swallowing disorders in home-based, clinic-based, and virtual settings. The SLP is expected to exercise independent clinical judgment, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, client-centered care.

• Evaluate speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders through standardized assessments and clinical observations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of pediatric and adult clients across home-based, clinic-based, and virtual settings.
• Provide direct therapy services to clients using evidence-based practices that support functional communication and swallowing outcomes.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary team members to support client progress and generalization of skills.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, session notes, and progress reports in compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies.
• Communicate client progress and treatment outcomes effectively to families, caregivers, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Adapt therapy approaches and problem-solve independently in response to client needs, environmental factors, or changes in service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations regarding service provision, documentation, and licensure.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to a collaborative, supportive clinical culture.
