REMOTE - Insurance Services Representative I
Find your calling at Mercy! Insurance Services Representative I is responsible for collection and resolution of outstanding insurance receivables, including unpaid, denied, and underpaid claims. Insurance service representatives must communicate effectively while accurately and efficiently handling high claim volume. Perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Position Details MinimumRequired Qualifications
- Education: HS Degree or Equivalent
- Skills: Computer and keyboarding skills
- Experience: Prior EPIC Resolute Hospital Billing or Ambulatory experience
- Experience: Prior Revenue Cycle, Healthcare billing or insurance
- Software: Basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge
- Soft Skills: Communication and customer service skills
