Opti Mind Health  (OMH) is expanding and seeking compassionate psychotherapists to work remotely from home. We provide behavioral health services in Massachusetts and Colorado, specializing in outpatient care for adults and adolescents since 2016. Our goal is to improve access to holistic, cost-effective mental health care while supporting our clinicians.

We have locations in Colorado and are expanding. We also offer fully remote positions, matching clinicians with the best fit based on skills, interests, and location.

Participate in OMH's integrated care team, collaborating with physicians, nurse practitioners, psychologists, and other mental health professionals. Customize patient care, including individual, family, group therapy, and psychological testing, based on patient needs.

Create your own schedule within typical hours of 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Focus on patient care; our support team handles billing, collections, and credentialing. No additional on-call responsibilities.

Must have completed an accredited program and hold licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Colorado, with the ability to practice independently.

OMH is clinician-led, with opportunities for advancement to senior psychotherapist or site supervisor roles. Our dispersed leadership ensures support across locations.
