Overview
:

• Oversee and manage full billing processes ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness for pediatric mental health services
• Review and reconcile patient accounts for correct billing codes, payments, and adjustments
• Monitor accounts receivable and coordinate with families to establish individualized payment plans
• Manage complex billing issues: denials, appeals, discrepancies using project management approaches
• Serve as liaison between families, therapists, and internal teams (management, Patient Family Advisors, Eligibility Specialists, engineering) to resolve billing and insurance issues
• Provide financial counseling and support for families navigating insurance complexities

Requirements
:

• Physician billing experience
• Experience working remotely
• Experience with commercial insurance companies
