Psychologist for Veteran Consults (W2 Remote)

This is a W2 Licensed Psychologist position with Dr. Willoughby & Associates. The employee will conduct an approximately 50-minute consult with each veteran via a provided HIPAA-compliant Zoom platform. After the consultation, the licensed psychologist will prepare a brief 5-6 page write-up summarizing the information with company-provided templates. This position entails minimal record review prior to the consultation.

The compensation is $125 per consult (not per hour), paid weekly. Each consult includes a 50-minute Zoom meeting and the brief report write-up. The company maintains this rate to keep services affordable and accessible for veterans.

One of the great aspects of this position is its flexibility. You can schedule your consults at times that are convenient for you, including evenings and weekends.

We offer a high volume of referrals for PSYPACT psychologists, starting at a minimum of 20 consults per month. Many of our psychologists handle between 30-40 consults per month, with potential growth.

As a W2 employee, we offer benefits such as 401K and yearly CEU reimbursement after a 6-month probationary period. We also provide extensive training, including report templates, administrative support, and clinical consultation by a senior psychologist on our team.

• Independently licensed PsyD or Ph.D.
• PSYPACT certification (required)
• Additional licensure in non-PSYPACT states, such as California and Massachusetts (preferred)
• Excellent grammar and writing skills
