HME Specialists is seeking a detail‑oriented and reliable Cash Posting Specialist to enhance our Medical Billing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for accurately posting payments, reconciling accounts, and ensuring that all payments are applied correctly and timely within our billing system. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of medical billing processes, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Initially, you will receive comprehensive on‑site training before transitioning to a remote position. Key responsibilities include posting insurance and patient payments, applying adjustments and denials per EOBs/ERAs, reconciling daily deposits, and resolving discrepancies in payments.
