Seeking a fully remote Diabetes Nurse Educator with CDCES certification who will educate patients on blood sugar monitoring, insulin administration, dietary adjustments, and lifestyle changes to manage diabetes and prediabetes.
Key responsibilities:- Educate patients on effective diabetes management techniques and lifestyle modifications
- Guide patients in monitoring blood sugar levels and administering insulin as needed
- Support patients in making dietary adjustments to improve their health outcomes
- Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) certification
- Completed NCLEX
- Experience in diabetes education and patient support
- Strong understanding of diabetes management guidelines
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
